• Home exteriors are maintenance free pre-painted wood siding with pre-cast or cultured stone and vinyl or wood accents (As per elevation).
• Gable end type roofs to be pre-painted wood siding.

• Lot, front & back, to be graded & sodded unto 10 feet around home. Balance to be seeded.
• Treed areas may be left in natural state. (Where applicable).
• Walkways to be concrete slabs & laid (As per plan).
• Self-sealing 20-year asphalt roof shingles.
• Sliding glass patio doors (As per plan).

Builders One and Two Year Warranty
7 Years Tarion Warranty Corporation, warranty

Purchasers agree to pay Tarion Warranty Corporation enrollment fee on closing as an adjustment.

Note:

1. Architecturally selected and controlled exterior colour packages.
2. Colour selections and upgrade options to be made at the Design Centre from available Vendor's samples. (All selections are final.)
3. Purchaser may be required to reselect colours and/or materials from Vendor's samples as a result of unavailability or discontinuation.
4. Homes may be sited standard or reverse as engineering and grading conditions demand.
5. Minor variations may occur from Vendor's floor plans, house elevations and samples.
6. Location and size of windows and doors may vary with walk-out/deck conditions.

8. Appliances purchased through the builder are supplied in place not installed.
9. Clothes dryer vents are provided through walls or through main exterior. Purchasers are responsible to attach vents to dryer.
